This classic Batman villain was created by Bob Kane in 1959, originally called Mr. Zero. Victor Fries is a scientist specializing in cryogenics, but after suffering an accident, he can only live in sub-zero temperatures, and for that he created a suit that keeps him in low temperatures, a freezing weapon and in his insanity seeks revenge against those he judges responsible for his condition and wishes to shape a society after its image.
